About Me

My name is Caitlyn and I love cake. I love how it makes people smile, how it can brighten a day, how it brings people together.

I am gluten intolerant, so I'm particularly passionate about making gluten free cakes that are super duper delicious. Though my kitchen is not 100% gluten-free, I take great care to prevent cross-contamination.

When I'm not baking, I can be found rotating through hobbies like weight lifting, rock climbing, snowboarding, backpacking, jigsaw puzzling, hanging out with my partner, Peter, and cuddling with the cutest kitty (see below).
