My name is Caitlyn and I love cake. I love how it makes people smile, how it can brighten a day, how it brings people together.

I have been gluten-free for over a decade, so I'm particularly passionate about making gluten free cakes that are super duper delicious.

When I'm not baking, I can be found rotating through hobbies like weight lifting, rock climbing, snowboarding, backpacking, jigsaw puzzling, and cuddling with my cat, Corazón (see below).
