About Me

My name is Caitlyn and I love cake. I love how it makes people smile, how it can brighten a day, how it brings people together. I have been baking cakes and desserts for a while, and am excited to be in the beginning steps of making a bigger dream a reality.

I am gluten intolerant, so I'm particularly passionate about making gluten free cakes that are super duper delicious. I bake in my home kitchen that is 99% gluten free (my fiancé stores his bread in the fridge but makes his sandwiches in the laundry room).
